Centro-Matic frontman Will Johnson is playing a tour of small venues and living rooms around the country this fall, and he’ll make a stop in Fayetteville Friday night for a show at East Hall Recording. As of this morning, there were only 7 tickets left. Here’s more about the show.

Lawrence, Kansas electronic duo The Floozies are in town for two nights at George’s Majestic Lounge this weekend. Friday night, they’ll perform with Late Night Radio and Dalton Richmond. Tickets to both shows are still available at George’s ticketing site.

The first Arkansas football game in Fayetteville of the year is Saturday at Razorback Stadium. The Hogs take on Nicholls at 3 p.m.

Music-wise, there’s a rock show at The Lightbulb Club on Saturday night with Seattle band Tomten, and locals High Lonesone and Dr. Nod. Tomten sounds pretty great.

Also, as mentioned above, the Floozies are playing a second night at George’s on Saturday, this time with Exmag and Fractal Sky.
