Local artist Jason Jones is planning to paint a 50-foot-long “Shop Local” mural, complete with one of his signature robot illustrations, along Archibald Yell Boulevard this fall.

The annual Bikes, Blues & BBQ Rally kicks off today. Here’s a list of events.

The Fayetteville Planning Commission meeting originally planned for Monday has been rescheduled for tonight.

The Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department will hold a public meeting tomorrow to discuss plans to widen another section of Interstate 49 to six lanes.

University Programs hosts the Uncivilized Monsters Art Exhibit from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday thru Friday, Sept. 26 to Oct. 24, in the Anne Kittrell Art Gallery of the Arkansas Student Union. The exhibit reception will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, in the gallery.
