The Fayetteville Roots Festival helped donate over 3,400 pounds of chicken to the local community this year.

Three candidates looking to represent Ward 1 in the upcoming City Council election participated in a candidate forum held last Tuesday night.

A group working to repeal Fayetteville’s new civil rights ordinance is one step closer to getting its preferred language on a Dec. 9 special election ballot.

This week’s public meeting list includes the A&P Commission, Planning Commission, Subdivision Committee, and more.
