Giveaway: TheatreSquared’s Proof

There are still a couple weeks to see the play that TheatreSquared’s artistic director Robert Ford called “one of the best of the 21st Century.”

Proof, the Pulitzer and Tony Award-winning show currently being produced in Fayetteville by TheatreSquared, runs through Nov. 2 at Nadine Baum Studios.

The show tells the story of Catherine, a woman who has cared for her genius mathematician father for years as his mind slowly unravels in his Hyde Park home. When former student Hal arrives to survey her father’s cryptic scribblings, a romance begins to kindle – until Hal makes a startling discovery.

Tickets range from $15-39, and a limited number of tickets to each show are reserved for just $10 for patrons under 30 years of age. To purchase tickets, visit theatre2.org or call at the Walton Arts Center box office at 479-443-5600.

How to enter

TheatreSquared is off to a great start this year, but there are still several great shows left in this their ninth season in Fayetteville. Tell us which show left on the schedule this year you’re most excited to see, and you’re entered. (Hint, your choices are Proof, Around the World in 80 Days, Look Away, and Superior Donuts)

What you’ll win

Two winners will win two prime tickets to the Saturday, Nov. 1 performance of Proof, the new production by TheatreSquared now playing at Nadine Baum Studios.

A few rules (read ‘em carefully):

  • You may enter this specific contest once.
  • This contest is open to anyone anywhere except Fayetteville Flyer writers, TheatreSquared employees, and their immediate family members.
  • Contest is open until 12 p.m. (noon) CST on Friday, Oct. 24.
    Make sure you leave a valid e-mail address when filling out the comment form since that’s how we’ll contact you if you’ve won. Once we notify the winners, you’ll have 24 hours to respond via email to claim your prize.
  • You’ll have to provide us with your first and last name (if you win) and then be prepared to show a valid photo ID when picking up your tickets.
