Friday events, Oct. 31

We posted a list of Halloween activities for families earlier this week, as well as one for grown ups, so check those out if you missed them.

To recap, Trick or Treat on the Fayetteville square starts at 3 p.m. on Friday, and Mall-O-Ween at the Northwest Arkansas is at 6 p.m.

There’s a pub crawl to about 20 Dickson Street watering holes at Jose’s starting at 8 p.m.

Tunes-wise, we know Maxine’s is dressing up the bar for Yokahama Drifters Friday night, Randall Shreve & The Sideshow’s Masquerade Ball is at George’s featuring tons of special guests, and May The Peace of the Sea is doing a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute at The Lightbulb Club (we happened to get a sneak peek last night. It rules.)

Another sweet-sounding tribute is at George’s Saturday night, with Isayah’s Allstars performing a set of Neil Young songs.

There’s a Halloween-themed art show at Backspace featuring about 9 local artists, and JR’s has a metal show with Idre, Auric, and Terminus.
