New York Standards Quartet

New York Standards Quartet is in town two performances at Walton Arts Center Saturday night. Here’s more information.

There’s a rock show at The Lightbulb Club Friday night with locals The Ghoul Goes West, Flight Machine, and Half Raptor.

Mike Shirkey of The Pickin’ Post is putting on a show at Fayetteville Underground, with songwriter Bryan Boyers set to perform at 7:30 p.m.,

Candy Lee & The Sweets

If you like Tool or Rage Against the Machine, maybe you want to head to George’s Saturday night for tributes to both bands. Tickets are available here.

Candy Lee has been touring around the country for the last few months, but she’ll be back in town for a show at Smoke & Barrel on Saturday with her band, The Sweets.

There’s a punk rock show at The Lightbulb Club on Saturday night, with Philadelphia band Mannequin Pussy, with locals Ten High and Rat Brats.

The local symphony is back for a new season. SoNA will open their season with a performance called Masterworks I on Saturday night at Walton Arts Center. Tickets are available here.
