It looks like TheatreSquared’s Robert Ford has another hit on his hands.

The local playwright and writer of The Fall of the House and Girl Band in the Men’s Room has written a new play called Look Away, and locals have been raving about the new show since it opened late last month.

The show, developed over the past three years as part of the Arkansas New Play Festival, is based on true events in Arkansas. The drama opens with the shouts of an angry mob on the trail of two black men in Wilson, Arkansas. Exhausted and terrified, the two men find a door and slip inside the kitchen of a powerful local family. Soon, they find out they’re not alone.

We happen to have some tickets to give away to the closing afternoon performance on Sunday, Feb. 22. Good luck.
