Yesterday’s late afternoon snow showers will result in another day out of school for area students.

Fayetteville Public Schools officials have already announced that school will be closed on Tuesday, Feb. 24.

The University of Arkansas will be on a delayed schedule Tuesday, opening at 9 a.m., with classes beginning at 9:30 a.m. Bus service will begin at 8:30 a.m.

Here’s a list of other reported school closings:
-The New School – Delayed start. Classes at 10:30 am
-Haas Hall Academy
-Elkins Public Schools
-Farmington Public Schools
-Prairie Grove Public Schools
-Greenland Schools
-West Fort Schools
-Fayetteville Montessori School – Delayed start. Classes at 10 a.m.
-The Sunshine House – Delayed start. Classes at 9 a.m.
-Pink-E-Pie’s Play Palace – Fayetteville – Delayed start. Classes at 10 a.m.
