Third Eye Blind and Dashboard Confessional added to 2015 AMP lineup

  • By Todd Gill · Monday, Mar 9, 2015

Alternative rockers Third Eye Blind and Dashboard Confessional will perform at the AMP on Tuesday, June 2 as part of the venue’s upcoming 2015 music lineup.

The two bands today announced plans for a 38-show, co-headlining summer tour beginning in late May.

The news comes just hours after Dashboard frontman Chris Carrabba posted a brief video on Facebook hinting of an upcoming tour. “It’s been a while since you’ve heard anything from Dashboard Confessional, and I thought it might be time to change that,” said Carrabba. “So, what’s new with you? Got any big plans this summer? I’ve got a feeling I know what I’ll be up to.”

Tickets, which go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, March 13, start at $30 and can be purchased in person at the Walton Arts Center box office, by phone at 479-443-5600, or by visiting amptickets.com.

Other performers in the 2015 AMP lineup include Dave Matthews Band, Chicago, Kenny Chesney, Steve Miller Band, NEEDTOBREATHE, and Brantley Gilbert.
