Author and humorist David Sedaris is coming back to Walton Arts Center next month, and tickets for the show are now on sale.

The writer, whose appearance was announced as part of the 2014-15 season last summer, will tell stories from his work at the arts center on April 23.

Considered one of America’s preeminent humor writers, Sedaris is the author of several collections of short stories, plays, and satirical essays, including Let’s Explore Diabetes With Owls, When You Are Engulfed in Flames, Me Talk Pretty One Day, Naked, and others.

He was last in town for a similar appearance in 2011 (read our review here) as part of a publicity tour for his 2010 release Squirrel Seeks Chipmunk.

Following his storytelling performance, Sedaris will give a 20-minute Q&A session for audience members in attendance.

Tickets to the show range from $38-58, and are available to purchase online or by calling the Walton Arts Center box office at 479-443-5600.
