Jackson Browne coming to the AMP Oct. 17

Singer, songwriter, and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Jackson Browne is coming to the AMP this season.

According to his website, the legendary performer best known as the writer of classic rock hits Running on Empty, Take it Easy (also famously recorded by the Eagles), Doctor My Eyes, Somebody’s Baby, The Pretender, and others, will perform at the venue on Saturday, Oct. 17.

Browne announced the show this week as part of a nationwide tour with husband and wife duo Larry Campbell and Teresea Williams.

“I’m thrilled to be touring with Larry Campbell and Teresa Williams,” Brown said in the tour announcement press release. “We played together at Levon Helm’s Midnight Ramble a few years ago, and I’ve been waiting for the chance to play with them again ever since.”

Ticket prices range from $31-71, and go on sale June 6.
