Fayetteville Parks & Rec. seeks input on park amenity needs

The Fayetteville Parks & Recreation department wants to hear what park amenities and activities local residents would like to see in Fayetteville.

The department will host a public input session on the subject at City Hall (Room 326) on Thursday, June 25 at 5:30 p.m.

According to a press release, city officials will forward the ideas to the Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism along with a matching grant application.

Ethnic minorities, persons with special needs, persons over 55, and special interest groups are encouraged to attend and participate.

For more information about the input session, contact the parks department at 479-444-3471.

Those who can’t attend the session can submit ideas by email to [email protected].
