Widespread Panic

The City of Fayetteville’s Dive-In Movie Series at Wilson Park continues this week with The Lego Movie Friday night. The gates open at 7:15 p.m., and the movie starts at around dark.

There’s a big show at the AMP Friday night as well, with legendary jam-grass southern rockers, Widespread Panic. Last we heard there were still a few tickets left. Here’s where to get them if you’re interested.

The Firefly Fling

One of the best days of the year to be a kid in Northwest Arkansas is this weekend. The annual Firefly Fling, the family-friendly festival held annually at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, is set for 6 p.m. Saturday, July 18. The event includes live music, and tons of interactive activities for kids. Here’s our guide to all the fun.

How about some Roller Derby? NWA Roller Derby is hosting a co-ed bout at Starlight Skatium Saturday night, featuring skaters from all around the region joining forces for two co-ed mash-up games. It starts at 5 p.m. Here are the details.
