With only 34 days remaining before Arkansas football begins, players and staff are gearing up for what some believe will be a breakout season for head coach Bret Bielema.

ESPN College GameDay analyst Kirk Herbstreit last month said he’s leaning towards Arkansas as his prediction for who will win the SEC West in 2015. Less than two weeks later early betting lines released in Las Vegas suggested some surprisingly good odds for the Hogs this season.

2015 Arkansas Fan Day

2 p.m. – Gates 1, 12 and 16 open
2-4 p.m. – Coaches and players sign autographs on the field
3-5 p.m. – Arkansas volleyball Red and White scrimmage at Barnhill Arena (free admission)
4 p.m. – Fan Day activities conclude

The first kickoff of the year is Sept. 5, but Razorback fans will have an opportunity to see the team a bit earlier during the annual Fan Day event set for Sunday, Aug. 16 at Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville.

Fan day activities begin at 2 p.m., and fans are asked to enter through Gates 1, 12 and 16.

Fans in attendance can pick up a commemorative poster and are invited to receive autographs. Players and coaches will only sign one item per fan.

The Golden Boot from last year’s Arkansas-LSU game and the Texas Bowl trophy will be on display and available for photographs.

Fans will also have the opportunity to meet the Razorback Spirit Squads and Tusk. A kid zone will feature inflatables plus other activities.

The event is open to the public and free for fans of all ages. Free parking will also be available in lots 44, 46, 60, 72, 73-A, 74, Stadium Drive Parking Deck and Meadow Street Parking Garage.

Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the concourse. No outside food or drinks, other than bottled water, will be allowed inside the stadium.
