Core ESB

Core ESB is available at Liquor World

ESB stands for Extra Special/Strong Bitter. Don’t let the word “bitter” scare you. It is just an English term for a beer. Core ESB is their flagship and is made with premium floor-malted English barley and fresh hops. It is a first class session beer for craft beer lovers. Core ESB is very well balanced with the right amount of malt character and fresh hop flavor.

Core Brewing says this is Uncle Kit’s personal favorite. This big beer is available year-round. The ESB is a rich, copper-colored ale with a balanced flavor profile featuring toasted malts, fresh hops and a pleasant finishing sweetness. ABV 5.6%

Core Behemoth Pils (Bohemian-Style Pilsner)

Core Bohemian-style Pilsner has a very crisp, clean taste with a strong hop and malt presence. This beer turns back the clock and represents the pre-prohibition Pilsner style. It is considered a European-Germanic Lager. Traditional Bohemian Pilseners are medium bodied, and they can be as dark as a light amber color. This style balances moderate bitterness and noble-type hop aroma and flavor with a malty, slightly sweet, medium body. Extremely low levels of diacetyl and low levels of sweet corn-like dimethylsulfide (DMS) character, if perceived, are characteristic of this style and both may accent malt aroma. A toasted-, biscuit-like, bready malt character along with low levels of sulfur compounds may be evident. There should be no chill haze. Its head should be dense and rich. 5% ABV, 21 IBUs

Core Hilltop IPA

Core Hilltop IPA has quickly become a favorite at Core Brewing Co. Being known for BIG IPA’s, they wanted to offer something a little more sessionalble. At 53 IBU’s and 6.3% ABV, this brew can be enjoyed year round by any craft beer lover. The complex hop profile features Horizon hops and is balanced with 4 premium American varieties to display a full panorama of flavor and aroma. Hilltop IPA is a perfect friend while relaxing and taking in the view. ABV 6.3%, 53 IBUs.

Saddlebock Dirty Blonde

Saddlebock Dirty Blonde is brewed in the traditional German Kolsch style, using an ale yeast, but fermented like a lager. The cold temperature during fermentation gives this beer a refreshing dry quality, while the ale yeast contributes complex fruity flavor and bread-like aroma not normally found in a lager. Crisp and refreshing, with a light malt flavor. 5.0% ABV, 14 IBUs

Saddlebock Arkansas Farmhouse Ale

Saddlebock Irish Red is a balanced beer made with kilned malts and roasted barley to give it a distinctive reddish color. It is an easy drinking beer, with the sweet, malty notes balanced with a medium hop characteristic. A flavor that is all it’s own. 9.2% ABV, 82 IBUs

Mother’s Lil’ Helper Midwest Coast IPA

You’re in for a helluva burly bite with this one. Mother’s Midwest Coast IPA is hopped in both the wort kettle and aging vessel for a sharp, clean bitterness and fragrant citrus hop flavors. They instilled a mellow malt character as the backbone to balance the elevated hop character. Whether you’re an IPA loyalist or just sampling, you’ve found yourself a great beer. So spend some quality time with Mother’s Lil’ Helper. 7.0% ABV, 70 IBUs.

Mother’s Three Blind Mice Brown Beer

Three Blind Mice is inspired by Mother’s favorite qualities from English brown ales, German altbiers, and Irish Reds. Mother’s trio of beer connoisseurs sipped away many a night, working to find this ideal combination. Mother’s beautiful brown beer is medium-bodied with caramel, toffee, and subtle chocolate malt flavors—all balanced by moderate hop notes and a clean, dry finish.

Three Blind Mice combines components of several malty beers for the unique brown beer experience you’ve been missing. After lots of research to find the perfect styles for our base, the clear winners were the lighter body and caramel characters of Irish red ales, the soft chocolate and toffee flavors from English brown ales, and the hop component and balance of German altbiers. They used traditional elements from each beer style and added our own touch for one incredible brown beer.5.5% ABV, 24 IBUs

Atlas IPA from Marshall Brewing

A few of the hundreds of beers available in Liquor World’s Build-Your-Own six pack area.

Atlas India Pale Ale is an ale with strength and character worthy of its name. Pale and caramel maltings of American two-row barley give Atlas IPA a malty backbone to support its noticeable, but not overpowering, hoppy flavor and aroma. Columbus, Amarillo, and Cascade hops are harmoniously blended together, bringing about floral and earthy tones which highlight this bold but delicious ale. Suggested pairings with Atlas IPA include: Mexican, Indian, and Cajun dishes, oily fish such as grilled salmon, spicy crab cakes, and bold, handcrafted, washed-rind cheeses. 6.5% ABV

Half Seas IPA from Moody Brews

Brewed in Little Rock, Arkansas. “Half Seas Over,” says brewer Josiah Moody, “is an old slang term from the 20s for being three sheets to the wind.”

“Moody Brews offers you our maiden voyage brew, an Imperial India Pale Ale. We added hops from both hemispheres to create a citrus, apricot, and tropical fruit aroma braced by a bready, toasty malt backbone. We believe good beer is best served with good company.” 8.5% ABV

F5 IPA from Coop Ale Works

A straightforward malt body supports the distinctive bouquet of Columbus and Falconers Flight hops that impart citrus, grapefruit and pine notes characteristic of the West Coast style. F5 is a belligerent hop reckoning. 6.8% ABV, 100+ IBUs

Avalanche from Breckenridge

That’s what makes Avalanche amber ale such a treat. They blend pale and caramel malts — and just a kiss of bittering hops — to create a refreshing-but-flavorful, anytime beer. Aromas of pale grains, a semi-sweet middle and a clean-as-Coloradosnow finish make this their best-selling beer.

Founders All Day IPA

The beer you’ve been waiting for. Keeps your taste satisfied while keeping your senses sharp. An all-day IPA naturally brewed with a complex array of malts, grains and hops. Balanced for optimal aromatics and a clean finish. The perfect reward for an honest day’s work and the ultimate companion to celebrate life’s simple pleasures. 4.7% ABV, 42 IBUs

Founders Breakfast Stout

The coffee lover’s consummate beer. Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and two types of coffee, this stout has an intense fresh-roasted java nose topped with a frothy, cinnamon-colored head that goes forever. 8.3%, 60 IBUs

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

Pale Ale began as a home brewer’s dream, grew into an icon, and inspired countless brewers to follow a passion of their own. Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic, yet it remains new, complex and surprising to thousands of beer drinkers every day. It is—as it always has been—all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold.
