Fayetteville Roots Festival seeks volunteers

It’s almost time for a roots music party, Fayetteville.

Fayetteville Roots Festival is just a few weeks away, and organizers are looking for a little help to make the festival happen this year.

An online volunteer application is now open over at Survey Money, and there are plenty of options for those who’d like to get involved from set up to tear down, and just general event support.

Volunteer perks include free tickets to festival events when you volunteer for 2 or more shifts (minimum 8 hours).

The 2015 Fayetteville Roots Festival takes place Aug. 27-30 at various locations around Fayetteville. Headliners include The Punch Brothers, JD McPherson, John Fullbright, I’m With Her, The Steel Wheels, Martha Scanlan and John Moreland, Smokey & The Mirror, and many more.
