Who’s ready to eat some fried food on a stick, check out some farm animals, and ride some carnival rides at the Washington County Fair?

We ask, because it is coming up Sept. 1-5, and all of those things and more will be available in abundance.

Some livestock judging events for this year’s fair will start Aug. 28, but the carnival portion won’t kick off until 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5.

That night is “Two Dollar Tuesday,” with $2 gate fee, and $2 rides all night when you bring a canned food item.

Friday is “Midnight Madness” from 10 p.m. until 2 a.m., and armbands good for unlimited rides available for $20 when you bring a Pepsi can.

Armbands will also be on sale on “Sizzling Saturday” for $20 w/ a Pepsi can.

This year, the folks from the fair have given us four pairs of ride passes (good for 8 rides each) to pass on to our readers.

Enter to win them below, why don’t you?
