Giveaway: TheatreSquared’s Amadeus

TheatreSquared has done it again.

The troupe recently kicked off their 10th anniversary season with Peter Shaffer’s modern classic play, Amadeus, and all indications are they’ve got another hit on their hands.

The show, co-directed by T2 veterans Amy Herzberg and Sean Patrick Reilly, is one of the company’s most ambitious shows to date, featuring the largest cast T2 has ever assembled for a production with nearly 20 actors.

Amadeus, which won five Tony Awards including Best Play in 1981 as well as an Oscar for Best Picture in 1985, tells the story of composer Antonio Salieri, and his scheme to discredit the foul-mouthed young genius, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.

We happen to have some tickets to give away to the matinee performance on Saturday, Sept. 12. Good luck.
