Hispanic Heritage Festival set for Oct. 10-11 at Mae Farm

For the third year, a local celebration of Latino food, music, dance, and art is planned in Fayetteville.

The annual NWA Hispanic Heritage Festival is set for Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10-11 at Mae Farm (4618 N. College Ave.), near the entrance to Lake Fayetteville.

This year’s event will feature the culture of Colombia, and will include activities for kids, food, live music, a salsa contest, a soccer tournament, helicopter rides, a health fair, and more.

The festival will take place from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. both days, and is free to attend and open to the public.
