Cyclists riding on Lake Fayetteville Trail can now make minor repairs to their bicycles using a new work station recently installed at the northwest corner of the lake.

The Bike Fixtation Deluxe Public Work Stand was donated by Signature Bank of Arkansas, and includes a universal bike mount, an air pump, and various repair and maintenance tools that are attached by retractable braided stainless steel cables.

The stand can service two bicycles at once, with one on the mount and another at ground level. A QR code at the top of the station provides a link to online bike repair help.

“With many employees and customers of Signature Bank being avid bikers, purchasing these bike stations was something that made complete sense,” said Kyle Cupp, vice president marketing director. “We are very happy to promote active living and a higher quality of life around NWA in any little way we can.”

The stand is located near the information kiosks just east of the main parking lot off Lake Fayetteville Road.
