Thanksgiving is just a few days away, but last-minute turkey shopping has been made a little easier this year thanks to a pop-up shop offered by the Grass Roots Farmers’ Cooperative.

If you haven’t yet scored your holiday bird, you can do so tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 23) in the parking lot of The Farmer’s Table Cafe at 1079 S. School Ave in Fayetteville. Grass Roots—a cooperative of sustainable livestock farmers—will be selling turkeys between 11:15 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. And, if you miss that pop-up, you can find them in the parking lot of The Hive in Bentonville between 2:45 and 3:45 p.m.

Grass Roots’ turkeys are raised on the pastures of small-scale Arkansas farms, and they are all free from antibiotics, hormones, or GMOs. The birds range from 12 to 20 pounds and cost $5 per pound.
