Job Description: UARK Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time energetic professional to join our Fayetteville team. This outgoing individual must have experience handling cash, balancing and excellent service delivery. It is essential that you enjoy working with the public.

Primary Responsibilities
-Basic teller functions including, deposits and withdrawals, loan payments and routine account maintance.
-Assist members with account research.
-Balance your individual cash drawer.
-Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
-Provide a superior customer service experience.
-Open new accounts.
-Assist borrowers complete loan applications.

Qualifications
-Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies

-Basic computer skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Stellar customer service skills
-Ability to work with money transactions with high degree of accuracy

Hours
Full-time position is 40 hours per week.
