Spring Fest 2016 music lineup released

You feel that warm breeze? See all those tulips and daffodils popping up all over the place? In Fayetteville, the combination of these signs can only mean one thing. It’s almost time for Spring Fest!

The annual street festival is set for Saturday, April 16, and we got our hands on the event and music lineup for this year’s fest.

The festival will feature 18 acts on three stages, focusing heavily on showcasing the talents of Fayetteville-based musicians.

The music starts at 11 a.m. Headliners include Coyote Union, Left of Center, and 412 West on the Bruce D. Walker Memorial stage.

Locals Take the Space, Copelin Bates, Daryl Brooks Band, Got it Covered and Bottle Rocket will perform on the Powerhouse Seafood stage starting at 2 p.m.

Music also starts at 2 p.m. on the Kingfish stage. Headliners there include Squarshers, The Alter Egos and Irie Lions.
