The 10th annual Northwest Arkansas Pride celebration is coming up this month.

A series of events are scheduled across the region from June 16-19, including an interfaith gathering, pub crawl, drag shows, and other events leading up to the annual Pride Parade on Dickson Street on June 18.

Organizers say the event has grown to become the largest Pride Event in Arkansas, drawing participants from all over the region. Proceeds raised during NWA Pride events help to fund the free services and resources provided by the Northwest Arkansas Center for Equality, a nonprofit grassroots organization serving the LGBT community in Benton and Washington counties.
