New Flyer Sponsor: Grub’s Bar & Grille

Since the first Grub’s Bar & Grille opened nearly 15 years ago, a lot of good times have been had down at 220 N. West Ave. in Fayetteville.

From Razorback gamedays, live music events, nights out with friends, to just good old fashioned chowing down on a great burger or some other delicious menu items at the restaurant over the course of the more than 5,000 days they’ve been open, we’d estimate the good times count down there has to be somewhere in the neighborhood of one million.

That’s not counting the good times that have occurred at the subsequent Grub’s Bar & Grille locations that have opened since then in Uptown Fayetteville, in Rogers, and now in Fort Smith.

Great burgers

Here at the Flyer, we’ve long been supporters of fun and general good-time-itude, and we couldn’t be happier to announce that the fine folks at Grub’s Bar & Grille and hosts of the aforementioned million good times are also the newest sponsor of the site.

For those who aren’t familiar, Grub’s is probably best known for their burgers with over 15 varieties on the menu, but they also have plenty of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and dinner-time entrees like steaks, pasta, fajitas, and other grilled items.

They’ve got plenty of weekly specials, too. On Monday nights, you can get a pound of wings and a pint at their Dickson Street location for just $11.99. Burgers are half price at both their Fayetteville locations on Tuesday nights, and Wednesday nights are Fiesta Day, with $1.99 queso, $8.99 fajita quesadillas, $2.50 Mexican beers, and cheap margaritas.

Quesadillas and more!

Looking for drink specials? They’ve got those too, with a long happy hour daily from 4-10 p.m. at their downtown location (3-7 p.m. at their Uptown location), with $3 wells, $1.75 12 oz. drafts, and $3.25 domestic 22 oz. mugs.

On Thursday nights, domestic bottes are just $2 from 4-10 p.m. at both locations, and Bloody Mary’s, Mimosas, and Screwdrivers are all on special for $3 every Sunday (on Dickson Street, Mimosas are just $2!).

There’s always something fun happening at Grub’s, too. Tuesday nights are Team Trivia night at their Dickson Street location, and karaoke Wednesday nights have exploded recently at that location, too. They also host frequent live music and DJ nights down on Dickson Street as well.

There’s a reason they consistently make the lists of the best college hangouts in the country. On Razorback gamedays (or for any major sporting event for that matter) they’ve always got the game on, and their Dickson Street location has a massive wall of TVs that together create one of the (if not the) largest game-watching screens in all of Northwest Arkansas.

We’re excited to be working with them, and we hope you’ll help us welcome them to the Flyer Family by stopping by one of their four locations for something delicious to eat (or drink) soon!
