Like many people who purchase and flip houses or that have worked on DIY home renovations, Jeff and Ashley Harris often saw a profound need in their remodeling and demolition business for a small dumpster. This led to them starting Waste-Away, a construction dumpster company that provides attractive, relatively small dumpsters for real estate investors, home remodelers, and anyone else in Northwest Arkansas who needs a dumpster with a smaller footprint.
Before starting Waste-Away, the Harris family owned a single dump trailer. Friends and colleagues in the remodel business who knew about it often sought to rent the Harris’ personal dump trailer, because they didn’t want to go through the hassle of renting a large dumpster.

Ashley said that so far, their business customers tend to be real estate contractors, small business owners, those doing their own renovations and don’t want a mess in the yard, or in some cases, a property owner who has been ordered to clean up their property.

Waste Away helps each customer determine if they need a 10 or 20-cubic yard receptacle based on how much trash they have. When ordered, the company then drops off the blue, white and green container.
When the customer finishes getting all their unwanted items loaded up, they merely give a call and Waste Away will whisk it all away.
The ease and affordability are a huge draw, Ashley agreed.
“People get excited when they realize they can afford a dumpster. It makes it so easy to get rid of their junk once and for all!” she said.
