Job Description: Candidate should be a well-organized, self-motivated professional with exceptional communication and technical problem solving skills. Primary responsibilities of this position include assembling, troubleshooting, and installing PC hardware components and networks.
A thorough understanding of networking design, installation, and troubleshooting including concepts such as TCP/IP, VPNs, LAN/WAN routing, and Active Directory is required. Candidate should be proficient in the installation, configuration, networking and management of all Windows Operating Systems. Linux, Cisco, laptop repair, and printer repair skills are desirable.

Candidate needs to be able to work independently and must be able perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Must have a valid driver’s license, as travel to customer locations will be necessary. Must be available to work outside of the normal business operating hours when required.

General Manager
Ozark Natural Foods is seeking an experienced General Manger (GM) to continue our legacy of excellence. We are a debt-free natural foods cooperative established in 1971 with 9,500 owners, more than $15 M in potential sales revenue, and a staff of 85. We seek a dynamic and innovative leader ready to guide our beloved co-op into the future.

The successful candidates will possess a strong background in retail management, excellent financial skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of the natural foods industry, including experience with capital or cash budgeting, creating operating budgets, and the ability to interpret balance sheets and cash statements.

This leader must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and have a proven track record of team building and conflict resolution, as well as community partnering. The GM reports to a 7 member Board of Directors that operates under policy governance and is elected by the ownership.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years retail management experience
-Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to provide regular and accurate reporting and effectively engage Board members, staff, and customers
-Willingness to embrace cooperative principles
-Proven ability to assemble and lead teams and work collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working with a Board of Directors
-Previous experience in a leadership position within a cooperative organization
-Track record of developing, implementing and evaluating strategic plans
-Comfort with public speaking and ability to engage various constituent groups
-Crisis management experience or the ability to navigate conflict and achieve positive outcomes
-Knowledge of natural and organic food industry

Front End Supervisor
Ozark Natural Foods Co-op is hiring for a front end supervisor. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, open availability and flexible scheduling, can motivate staff, maintain a culture of mutual respect and positivity, and uphold outstanding customer service standards for the department. Supervisor experience and deposit handling experience are a plus.

Cashier
Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, outgoing and happy personalities, and the desire to connect with Co-op owners and customers. Cashier experience, open availability, and customer service experience a plus. Grocery Department Stocker
Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, open availability and flexible scheduling, ability and interest in working in diverse roles, able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and 25 pounds over one’s head, and are self-motivated to improve procedures while working in a team. An interest in and experience with healthy food is a plus. Interested candidates can attend the Get to Know You interviews between 2pm-5pm on Thursday and mention that they are interested in applying for the Grocery Stocker position.

Clean Team
Do you like to clean? Are you a night owl? Ideal candidates will be motivated self-starters who enjoy making a space spotless. The position involves steady movement, floors, trash, bathrooms, and special detail projects like dusting and window cleaning. Lifting up to 50 pounds required. Hours are 5pm-midnight. Interested candidates can attend the Get to Know You interviews between 2pm-5pm on Thursday and mention that they are interested in applying for the Clean Team position.
