AD: Flyer Homes latest listing is the world’s most hilarious place for a Little Free Library

Let’s be honest. We’re not saying you can’t do it, but erecting one of those awesome Little Free Library’s in the front yard of Flyer Homes latest listing at 314 W. Mountain might feel a little bit silly.

That’s because one of the nicest Large Free Libraries in Northwest Arkansas – maybe the world – is located almost directly across the street and that library is full of, what, like at least a thousand books. By comparison, it seems the couple dozen books in your Little Free Library might look a little bit paltry. Just saying.

Of course, when you think about it that way, having a coffee maker inside the house would feel a little absurd as well, what with two Arsaga’s locations, Little Bread Co., Jammin’ Java, Puritan Brew Company, and Savoy Tea all just a few steps from your kitchen.

Speaking of kitchens, we’re not sure how much action yours is gonna get with Hugo’s, Little Bread Co., Damgoode Pies, Taste of Thai, Petra Cafe, and West Mountain Brewing Co. right in the neighborhood. The house does have an incredibly nice, recently-remodeled kitchen, don’t get us wrong, but it seems like it could be overkill with all those awesome restaurants within walking distance.

If you do decide to keep the kitchen, the Fayetteville Farmers’ Market happens literally feet from your front door three times a week, so you won’t really have to go to the grocery store much. For that, though, the Frisco Trail is just down the hill, and there’s a brand new Walmart Neighborhood Market less than a mile away on the trail.

What we’re saying is, you probably won’t need your car anymore, either. As close as you are to every amenity that downtown Fayetteville has to offer, you may not even need a bike.

With all this fun stuff just beyond your four walls, you’ll never want to miss any of the action with sleep, so you can probably just get rid of your bed and board up the huge upstairs master suite with walk-in closet and oversized tub-for-two. Actually, let’s go ahead and keep that last one.

Plus, all your friends are going to be hanging out at your house from now on, anyway. It’s got incredible outdoor spaces with large decks on either side of the house, a gorgeous living area with vaulted ceilings, and a perfect dining room for entertaining.

And you’ll be able to hear the cheers from Razorback stadium on game day when you open your windows, so you won’t really need a radio or TV to be able to keep score on the game.

When you think about it, all you really need is this house.
