The annual Pesto Fest celebration is set from 5-9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at Tri Cycle Farms in Fayetteville.
This year’s event will be held at the farm, located at 1705 N. Garland Ave., and will include the annual Pesto Contest.
The contest will be judged by three local chefs in the categories of “Best Pesto” and “Most Creative.” Those in attendance can taste all the pestos and cast their vote for the People’s Choice Award. The winner in the “Best Pesto” category will receive a staycation from Inn at the Mill and James at the Mill. The “Most Creative” pesto recipe wins a $100 gift card to Bordinos restaurant, and the “People’s Choice” award is a bag of organic groceries from Ozark Natural Foods.

For everyone else, expect live music from Warren Dietzel, The Ozark Howlers, The Whole Famn Damily, and The Couch Jackets. Kids’ activities will be provided by The Art Experience, Greedy Goats of NWA, and Gravity Whispers. Food, drinks, and a variety of raffle prizes are also planned.
General admission to the event is $25. Kids under 12 get in free.
