Do you like craft beer? Music? Technology?
If the answer to those questions is “heck yep,” well, you should know about AMP Fest, coming up Oct. 2 at the Walmart AMP.
The event, described as a “beer, music and tech festival” will include more than 60 craft beers from 20 local, regional, and national breweries, live music from Mix Master Mike (of the Beastie Boys), Arkansauce, Mountain Sprout and Goose, virtual reality demonstrations, a gaming area, technology demos, and other attractions.
Participating breweries include Wise Acre, Lagunitas, Marshall’s, as well as several of the area’s favorite local beer makers.
Tickets are $40 or $95 for VIPs, but you won’t have to worry about all that if your’e the winner of our little giveaway.

What you’ll win
One (1) winner chosen at random will win two (2) general admission tickets to AMP Fest event on Oct. 2 at the AMP.
A few rules (read ‘em carefully):
- You may only enter this specific contest once.
- This contest is open to anyone anywhere except Fayetteville Flyer writers, Walton Arts Center employees, AMP employees, and their immediate family members.
- Contest is open until noon p.m. CST on Thursday, Sept. 22.
Make sure you leave a valid e-mail address when filling out the comment form since that’s how we’ll contact you if you’ve won (You don’t have to put your email address in the actual comment. Just leave it in the field that says “Email.”) Once we notify the winners, you’ll have 24 hours to respond via email to claim your prize. - You’ll have to provide us with your first and last name (if you win) and then be prepared to show a valid photo ID when picking up your tickets.
