After making its debut in the spring of last year, Wines & Vines in the Garden will return to Fayetteville as a fall event in 2016.
The event, organized by the folks behind local craft beer festival Fayetteville Foam Fest, is set for Oct. 22 at Botanical Garden of the Ozarks.
Wines and Vines will include over 50 wines for sampling, live music, and food from several local mobile vendors.
Brandon Karn, one of the organizers of the event said the idea is to expose local wine lovers to a variety of affordable wines, so that that they can find new favorites to add to their regular shopping lists.
This year’s event will begin at 3 p.m., and run until about 7 p.m.
Tickets are $40 per person or $75 per couple, and are on sale now at Eventbrite.com. A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund and the Humane Society of the Ozarks.
