There’s a new music venue coming to midtown Fayetteville.
According to a post on the Adventure Subaru Facebook page this week, Sunrise Stage soon will open their new 100-seat venue at 2781 N. College Avenue.
The venue will be located on the south end of the newly remodeled Sunrise Guitars building in the building formerly home to the local Subaru dealership.
Longtime local businessman Don Nelms, who owns Adventure Subaru and who purchased Ben Jacks Arkansas Music and rebranded the music store as Sunrise Guitars, said the new venue will be “an intimate venue for serious music lovers.”
A few new images were released of the interior of the venue as well, featuring a modest but professional looking stage, and theatre-style seating.
If all goes well, the new venue will open with a series of concerts planned for sometime in March.
The venue is expected to announce their initial lineup at a private event set for Jan. 15.
