‘Pours for Paws’ benefit set for May 6 at Grub’s

A new animal rescue organization will host a fundraiser in Fayetteville next month.

Big Paws of the Ozarks, a non-profit that works to help re-home large dogs found in shelters that could be euthanized, owner surrenders, or animals that have been found abandoned, will host their first ever Pours for Paws event on Saturday, May 6 at Grub’s.

The event will take place on the patio, and will serve as a donation drive for blankets, towels, dog bowls, old sheets, dog crates, beds, and toys. There will also be dogs available for adoption, and people may also fill out an application to become a foster family at the event.

The event will begin at around noon, and last until 3 p.m.
