One of the biggest fundraiser of the year for The Artist’s Laboratory Theatre is coming up this weekend.
The organization’s annual Hootenany and Pie Auction is set for 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 at Cheadle Farms just north of Ozark Natural Foods.
The event includes live music featuring an old time string band, a square dance called by local musician Allison Williams, lawn games, a three-legged race, horseshoues, a barbecue dinner, drinks, dessert, and entertainment, along with a pie auction featuring pies made by local chefs and “foodies.”
Tickets are $20, and proceeds from the event to go support Artist Laboratory’s diverse programming efforts.
Parking for the event will be available at Ozark Natural Foods, located at 1554 N. College Avenue.
