If you’re not sure where your food comes from, you can find out first hand this weekend.

That’s when local co-op Ozark Natural Foods will host their semi-annual visit to several local producers as part of their Tour de Farm series from June 9-11.

The tour this year will visit 10 farms, coffee shops, or makers in and around Fayetteville, including Round Mountain Farm, Ames Orchard & Nursery, Cobblestone Project Farm, Mama Carmen’s Espresso Café, Hello Cocoa Chocolate, Fossil Cove Brewing Company, Ozark Alternatives, Foundation Farm, and Sycamore Bend.

There’s also a limited-seating kick off dinner this year at Tri Cycle Farms, featuring a chef-prepared meal, and a discussion featuring four local farmers talking about local farming and food in the Fayetteville region. Tickets to the kick off dinner are $50, and a portion of the proceeds benefit Tri Cycle Farms.

After that, the tours begin on Saturday at 8 a.m. To participate, visit the owner services desk at ONF to register and pick up a passport. Then, just head out and visit as many farms and businesses on the tour as you’d like. Participants who visit five or more farms and businesses can bring their stamped passports back to ONF for a chance to win a $100 shopping spree.

The tour is free and open to the public.
