A shopping center in the heart of Fayetteville is getting a makeover this summer.
The owners of Fiesta Square shopping center are updating the building facade, adding new sidewalks, and investing in other improvements as part of an effort to modernize and rejuvenate the development.
“We think Fiesta Square is a very important part of Fayetteville, and we wanted to reinvest in that property and bring it up to date a little bit,” said Arthur Thurman, president and COO of Mathias Properties.
Thurman also pointed out the recent renovations taking place at AMC Theatre, which include new reclining seats and improved concessions, as other improvements currently taking place at the shopping center.
The project is currently underway, and should wrap up later this summer.
