If you’ve been thinking about adding a furry little buddy to the family, mark your calendar for Oct. 28.
That’s the day the Fayetteville Animal Shelter will host ‘A Ghoul’s Best Fried: Adoption Spooktacular,” with reduced fee (and some free) adoptions.
Local apartment complex Champions’ Club will sponsor the first $500 worth of adoption fees that day, and the shelter will offer $10 adoptions for cats and $31 adoptions for dogs that day after that.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. All of the available dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens will be spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, prior to going home that day.
Pets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
