TheatreSquared has another hit on their hands with Amy Evans new play, The Champion. The show is playing through the weekend at Nadine Baum Studios, and our reviewer came away impressed. Check it out.
Music-wise, local country act Dylan Earl is celebrating the release of his new album Saturday night at Smoke & Barrel before heading out for a tour. Excellent locals Lost John and Willi Carlise will open the show.
Also in tunes, former Fayettevillian and pop star Ben Rector is performing at The Chancellor’s Ball at Fayetteville Town Center, and locals Boom Kinetic are back at George’s for a show.
There’s also a sweet comedy show at Stage 18 called The Last Comedy Show on Earth featuring Caroline Ezell,
Harrison Butler, Laura Weiderhaft and Stef Bright.
The basketball Razorbacks will be in action for the first time this year on Friday night with their annual Red White game at Bud Walton Arena. It’s free to attend.
