It’s not quite Thanksgiving yet, but the holiday season is already in full swing at the Walton Arts Center.

That’s because Irving Berlin’s holiday classic, White Christmas, is playing at the venue Nov. 7-12.

The show tells the story of two friends putting on a show at a picturesque Vermont inn who “find their perfect mates in the bargain.” It features classic songs such as Count Your Blessings Instead of Sheep, Happy Holiday, Sisters, Blue Skies, and the show’s title song, White Christmas.

Showtimes are set for 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday night. Matinee showings are also planned at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, and at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

In honor of Veterans Day this week, the Walton Arts Center is also offering special discounts to veterans, active service members, and military personnel, including 50% off the Thursday Matinee show, 25% off the Tuesday and Wednesday evening show, and 10% off all other performances. The WAC has also partnered with Operation Gratitude to collect thank you letters to military men and women during the show. Visit waltonartscenter.org/veterans for details.
