The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will host its annual Jingle Bell Jog 5K and children’s Reindeer Fun Run fundraiser on Saturday, Dec. 2 on the garden grounds at 4703 N. Crossover Road in east Fayetteville.
Participants in either event can run or walk on the courses along Lake Fayetteville Trail. Overall medals and finisher medals will be given in select age and event categories.
A complimentary breakfast is included, along with door prizes, music and special guests.
Registration prices start at $10 for the children’s fun run and $25 for the 5K. Entry fees increase by $5 after Nov. 19. Registration for the 5K Team of 5 event is $100 per team.
The 5K run begins on the garden grounds and is an out-and-back course along the Lake Fayetteville Trail. The fun run takes place inside the garden.

Jingle Bell Jog 5K – All Ages
Price is $25 per person ($30 after Nov. 19). Race begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017. Overall male and female finisher medals will be presented in each of the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
5K Team of 5 – All Ages
Price is $100 per team (5 registrants per team). Race the 5K as a team. The fastest 5 will receive a special holiday prize.
Reindeer Fun Run – Under age 12
Price is $10 per person ($15 after Nov. 19). Race begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017. All finishers will receive a medal. Kids 4 and under will run about 1/2 mile. Kids 5 and over will run 1 mile.
Baby, It’s Cold Outside – Donation only
Donate $10 by Nov. 19 and receive an event t-shirt.
