Louisiana native and current Fayetteville resident Steven Schneider will show a collection of his paintings in downtown Fayetteville this month.
The artist, sculptor, and graphic designer who has been painting for more than 40 years, will show recent works in the lobby of the downtown branch of Bank of Fayetteville, located at 1 South Block Avenue.
Schneider is a member of Fenix Artis of NW Arkansas, PAPO – The Plein Air Painters of the Ozarks, and ANA – Artists of Northwest Arkansas.
According to the artists statement, his work draws inspiration from the natural world using “plein air” studies and sketches as well as photography as references.
The show began earlier this month, and will remain on display through Nov. 30.
