Grammy-nominated local band Trout Fishing in America will perform a free family concert in Fayetteville this month.
The band will perform at the annual “Share the Love” event on Nov. 28 at Adventure Subaru.
The event will serve as a kick off for a larger initiative in which Subaru donates $250 for every car sold during a roughly 40-day period over the winter to a local or national charity. The event has raised more than $70,000 for the last three years for Feed Communities.
This year, the dealership is raising money for hometown charities, Feed Communities and the Animal League of Washington County.
A food drive is currently underway as well, and suggested admission to the concert is a non-perishable, healthy food donation.
Gourmet chili and sweets will be provided by local restaurants, and there will be coffee, apple cider, local beer and wine available as well.
