A group of folks are coming together to raise money for a local teacher this weekend in Fayetteville.
Longtime Fayetteville Montessori School teacher Rhiannon Stafford has been battling colon cancer recently, and a fundraiser to help with the treatment cost is set for 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2 at JBGB.
The event will feature a silent auction, live music by Warren Dietzel and Monk is King, an appearance by old Santa Claus himself, a raffle, and other activities.
100% of the proceeds from the raffles, as well as a portion of the food and drink sales from the restaurant, will go directly to Rhiannon.
