The lineup for next summer at the Walmart AMP is off to a poppy start this year.

The venue had already announced shows with former One Direction singer Niall Horan (July 21) and Kesha & Maclemore (June 25), and this week added the news that fellow pop star Charlie Puth is coming to town on Sunday, Aug. 26.

Puth began making a name for himself in the early 2010s, finding viral success with several of his songs posted to YouTube. His first studio album, Nine Track Mind, was released in 2016, and contained hit songs “One Call Away” and “We Don’t Talk Anymore,” both of which charted in the top 15 on Billboard’s Hot 100 charts. “Attention” and “How Long”, the first two singles for his upcoming album, Voicenotes, have also charted in the Billboard Top 100. The new record is due out this winter.

His appearance at the AMP is part of the upcoming Voicenotes tour just announced this week. Special guest Hailee Steinfeld will open the show.

Tickets to the performance range from $32-$79.40 (plus fees), and go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 22.
