Actor Tony Hale to speak at UA

Gary’s coming to town.

Actor Tony Hale- best known for his roles as Gary on the HBO show, VEEP, and as ‘Buster’ on Fox/Netflix’s Arrested Development, will be at the UA for a moderated interview on Jan. 29 at the Faulkner Center.

The two-time Emmy Award winner’s appearance is sponsored by the UA’s Distinguished Lecture Series, and the UA’s Department of Communication.

The interview will be conducted by Hale’s old friend and colleague Russell Sharman, a lecturer in the communications department. He will also take questions from the audience.

The event will begin at 7 p.m., and will be free to attend, but tickets are required. They will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the door the evening of the 29th beginning at 5:30 p.m. Less than 600 tickets will be available.
