A national barbecue chain has closed their northwest Arkansas locations.
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit closed their locations in Fayetteville, Springdale, Lowell, and Rogers just before the holidays.
All hope is not lost for fans of the restaurant, however. According to a sign placed in the window of the Fayetteville location, a new owner could soon reopen them.
From the sign:
We will be temporarily closed beginning Christmas Day as we make preparations for a new ownership group to take over the Northwest Arkansas franchise operations. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving you again very soon.
The Fayetteville restaurant was located at 3316 Grove Dr. #4, next to Planet Fitness off Wedington Drive.
