New York singer/songwriter and Fayetteville Roots Fest alum Joe Crookston is back in town, this time for a free show at Fayetteville Public Library Saturday night. Music starts at 7 p.m. in the Walker Room.
There’s a new theatre company in town, and they’ve got a new show playing at the Ozark Mountain Smokehouse this weekend. They’re called The Smokehouse Players, and their new show is titled In the Middle of Nowhere. There are several chances to check it out (see below for specific times).
It’s also your last chance to check out TheatreSquared’s show, The Humans, at Nadine Baum Studios this weekend. Last we heard, there were a total of 80 tickets left for this weekend’s performances.
It’s opening day! The nationally third-ranked Diamond Hogs kick off their 2018 season with a weekend series versus Bucknell this weekend at Baum Stadium. Friday’s game starts at 3 p.m.
George’s has a big red dirt rock show Friday night with Texas band, Whiskey Meyers. Hope you already got tickets, cause this one’s sold out.
