Break out your leprechaun hat, and your green undies, everyone. It’s almost time for St. Patrick’s Day.

That also means it’s nearly time for the annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl on Dickson Street.

The 11th annual event is set for Saturday, March 17 this year, and will begin at 5:30 p.m. The kickoff this year is set for Hog Haus on Dickson Street, where would-be-crawlers will pick up a “passport,” or list of participating watering holes.

From there, participants will be on their own to visit all of the bars on the list (and no, you don’t have to buy a drink at all of them) between 5:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.

Those who complete the crawl by visiting all the businesses on the passport can return to Hog Haus at the end of the night for a commemorative t-shirt.

It’s a first-come, first-served event, so it’s usually a good idea to start early. Passports typically sell out.

The entry free for the crawl is $8, and includes the cost of the t-shirt at the end of the night. You’ll need cash for your entree fee this year, FYI.
