The dates and themes are set for the 2018 First Thursday season.
Officials with Experience Fayetteville, the city’s convention and visitors bureau, last week announced the details for the upcoming series of events that take place on the downtown Fayetteville square.
The 2018 season begins May 3 and continues through Oct. 4.
The events feature an outdoor arts district with more than 40 visual artists, live music, street performances, children’s activities, food trucks, and a craft beer garden.
“We’re excited about this year’s themes and look forward to enhancing the creative experience at First Thursday,” said Dacre Whitaker, director of community engagement for Experience Fayetteville. “We encourage folks to mark their calendars May through October for this free public event!”
The family-friendly event is free to the public and attracts around 15,000 visitors to the downtown square each year.
