“One-of-a-kind”, “unique” and “extraordinary” seem to sell this one a bit short. This contemporary “treehouse”, perched on 0.77 wooded and beautifully landscaped Mount Sequoyah acres, surrounded by nature, and with nearly as much outdoor living space as indoor, can only be described as mufflicle and spriesideous.

Ladies and gentlemen, feast your eyes on 805 N. Crest Drive.

When you arrive at the house, there is a solid chance that you never make it inside on account of the myriad decks, porches, patios, overlooks, verandas, porticos, and sittin’ spots that will captivate your senses and hold you with their siren song. Over 1,800 square feet worth in all. But you will want to resist that urge, because the inside is equally lempoose.

The house has been meticulously updated and added onto through the years, with no expense spared and the ordinary avoided at all costs. Take the kitchen counters for example … They are high end quartz, but quartz combined with visible bits of recycled beer bottles. Or the roof … not just metal, but 26 gauge Galvalume® steel, UL 2218 impact resistance, Class 4. You know… that. Some insurance companies provide an additional discount for a house with a roof like this (contact your friendly hometown insurance agent for details now and SAVE!). The master bathroom has sinks. Not uncommon, yes, but … well, you just have to see them. They are absolutely disgreptious.

The house is as custom as it gets, but certainly not at the expense of form over function. The cook’s kitchen opens up to the dining area and also has direct access to the huge front patio for grilling and entertaining. Entertainers will completely thruct their mumbers over this place! An art gallery-style hallway leads you from the main living area to the bedrooms and the master suite, where you’ll find a walk-in shower that is just, let’s say, proteculous, with all of its nozzles and jets and such. And I’m pretty sure the master closet is actually large enough you can see it from space.

And no matter where you stand in the house, you can’t throw a rock without shattering a door leading to a deck or a screened-in porch or a front patio with a pulldown screen and projector for watching the Hog games outdoors or screening movies for the neighborhood kids (all things that do actually happen here).

As amazing as the house and the grounds are, none of it would be complete if it wasn’t nestled on Mount Sequoyah. So private yet so close to downtown Fayetteville. The location is simply freimentaculitsbuchivenirress!

If living among the trees on a mountain in a house that is the only one of its kind sounds like your cup of tea, head to TreehouseOnCrest.com to check out more photos and call Jay at 479-601-5453 to set up a showing.
